At ShreeOm Vastu, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Our goal is to ensure that your sacred wall art, Yantras, Vastu products, puja essentials, and spiritual gifts reach you safely and in excellent condition.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Processing times may vary during festivals, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch or order processing may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities & Major Urban Areas: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities and Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer the following standard shipping rates within India:

  • Orders below ₹999: ₹79 shipping charge.

  • Orders of ₹999 and above: Free standard shipping to eligible serviceable PIN codes.

  • Express Delivery: Available in selected locations at additional charges, where offered at checkout.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on eligible orders worth ₹999 or more.

The minimum order value is calculated after discounts and before shipping charges. Free shipping applies to eligible domestic deliveries within India and does not include separately charged express delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment until delivery.

6. Packaging & Safe Delivery

We take appropriate precautions when packaging our products to help protect them during transit. Fragile wall frames, decorative idols, fragrance bottles, and other delicate items may receive additional protective packaging.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, wherever possible, with your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

7. Delivery Delays & Failed Delivery Attempts

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate.

If a shipment needs to be dispatched again due to an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional charges or revised delivery timelines may apply, subject to confirmation.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible.

Changes to the shipping address may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
